- First use in North America of an innovative concrete-wood decking structural composite floor assembly
- Combination structural pile and ground source heat exchange system

- LEED and Green Building Consulting; managed the LEED certification in design and construction

- Collaborated with concrete suppliers to reduce and track embodied greenhouse gas emissions
